Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; gear must be in unused, resellable condition to qualify for a refund.
Ship to A7 Europe
Print your generated shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
